Platform

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-11-02

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of this platform ("we") for the use of the platform: the workspace, the books that run inside it, and the marketplace.

If you use the platform for a business, you accept these terms for that business, and you confirm you may do so.

1. Who we are

To be completed
Legal name, registered office, company registration number (matični broj), tax number (PIB) and the register in which the entity is entered.

You can reach us through the contact details on the About page.

2. What these terms cover

They cover the platform account you open with us, the workspace it gives you access to, and the marketplace you can buy and sell on. They do not cover the sale between a seller and a buyer on the marketplace: that contract is between those two businesses, on their own terms.

Separate documents set out how we handle personal data (the Privacy Policy) and cookies (the Cookies Policy).

3. Your account and workspace

An account is opened with an email address and a password, or through one of the sign-in providers we offer. One workspace belongs to one business: you must not open several workspaces to avoid a plan limit or a metered charge.

You are responsible for what the users you invite do inside your workspace, and for keeping their access current — removing a person who has left is your step, not ours.

Keep your credentials to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account.

4. Plans, charges and taxes

The platform is sold as a monthly plan plus, where you need them, additional modules and metered lines. The price list on our Pricing page is the applicable one; prices are stated per month and exclude tax unless stated otherwise.

A plan is charged in advance for the following month. Modules and metered lines are charged on the same invoice for the period in which they were used. If you change plan, the change takes effect from the next billing period, and we do not refund a part of a period already begun except where the law requires it.

Invoices are issued under the law that applies to us, including value added tax where it is due. You are responsible for any tax that applies to your own sales, and for the accuracy of the business details you give us.

If we change a price, we tell you before it applies to you, and you may end the plan before it does.

5. Your business data and the books

The operational data you put into the platform is yours: products, contacts, orders, documents and the accounting records the platform derives from them. We process it to run the platform for you and for no other purpose.

The platform keeps double-entry books. A posting that has been committed is not editable: corrections are made by a new, reversing entry, so the record keeps its history. This is a property of the product and not a restriction we add on top of it.

You are the one responsible for the books of your business, for their completeness and for filing whatever your jurisdiction requires. The platform records and reports; it does not act as your accountant.

You can export your data at any time from the workspace. After the agreement ends we keep it for the period described in the Privacy Policy, and then delete it.

6. The marketplace and trade verification

The marketplace is open to verified businesses. Verification means we checked your business identity against public registers; it is free, and it is checked in both directions — you must be verified to buy as well as to sell.

The platform is a registry and a place of meeting, not a party to the sale. We are not the seller, we do not take title to the goods, we are not a bailee of them and we do not hold money for either side beyond the payment flow described on the checkout.

A listing must describe the goods or services truthfully, at a price you are willing to honour, with the stock you actually have. You may not list goods you are not entitled to sell.

What you list, and what you trade, also enters the shared catalogue that the platform keeps: counterparties, products and categories are part of the platform's common data. This is a property of the platform and applies to every workspace.

We may suspend a listing, or a workspace's access to the marketplace, if verification fails or is withdrawn, or if a listing breaks these terms or the law. Suspension of marketplace access does not by itself suspend your workspace or your books.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform:

  • for anything unlawful, or to sell goods or services you may not sell;
  • to break a plan limit, a seat count or a metered line, or to help someone else do so;
  • to interfere with the platform's operation, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or extract data at a rate the API does not offer;
  • to copy, resell or white-label the platform without a contract that says you may.

We may suspend a workspace that does these things, with notice where notice is possible.

8. Availability, maintenance and support

We work to keep the platform available and we tell you in advance about planned maintenance. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, we do not promise a level of availability, and the free plan is offered as it is.

Support is provided through the contact route on the About page, in the language of the workspace.

9. Intellectual property

The platform, its code, its design and its documentation belong to us and to our licensors. We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the duration of your plan, for your own business.

Your content stays yours. You give us the licence we need to host it, show it where you ask us to (a storefront, a listing, a document) and keep the platform running.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost business, or indirect loss. Our total liability for a claim connected with the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event the claim is about.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Ending the agreement

You may end the agreement at any time by cancelling your plan in the workspace; it ends at the end of the period you have paid for. We may end it for a material breach that you do not fix within a reasonable time after we tell you about it.

After it ends, your workspace becomes read-only for the export window described in the Privacy Policy, and is then deleted.

12. Changes, law and disputes

We may change these terms. A change is announced in the workspace before it takes effect, and if you do not agree with it you may end the agreement before it applies.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts there have jurisdiction, without taking away any right a consumer has to bring a claim where they live.

To be completed
The court of competent jurisdiction (or the arbitration clause, if one is chosen) needs to be stated for business users.

If you have a complaint, write to us first; most things are settled that way.
